4 Bits and tidbits

Kay's family
Kay and Karen will be completing their two-year mission in Peru this summer. They have received their travel plans and will arrive in Salt Lake City at 12:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 8. After a seven-hour layover they will travel on to St. George. They report their mission in their ward in Hurricane the following Sunday, July 11.

Dean's family
Rachael and her three girls will be arriving this evening from Illinois for a week's visit. Her husband Robert was unable to come. They will be here until Tuesday morning, April 6. We are very excited to have them come for a visit.

Relatively speaking
Lyle called a this past week to report that Syble Cleverly, who with her husband Lee and their family, lived up over the hill north of our family when we lived on the state line near Adrian, Oregon, was in her final days of life. She had been sent home from the hospital with nothing further they can do for her. We have heard no further details, but will report anything more in next week's newsletter.

Lee and Ivard were second cousins, I think, but had always been like close relatives because the two families always lived near each other, first in south Davis County in Utah and then after World War II in eastern Oregon. Lee passed away some years ago.
