Football rankings
Boise State (with a 6-0 record this season) is ranked 2nd in the AP Top 25, USA Today, and ESPN rankings and 3rd in the BCS rankings. Utah (also with a 6-0 record) is ranked 9th in all four of the polls. BYU (2-5 for the season) decided not to show up this year.
Early voting
Two-thirds of the states allow registered voters to vote early. For example, family members who live in Utah can vote early starting yesterday through Friday, October 29 (you can find times and polling places at http://vote.utah.gov/). For those of you who live in Idaho or Washington or other states, check locally to see if that option is available to you before the normal election day on Tuesday, November 2.
